Lindsey and Clayton's Quail Ranch in Simi Valley might be one of my favorite weddings from 2019 for a number reasons. For one thing, Lindsey and Clayton are two of the sweetest people and it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of their beautiful day. Second, they got married during peony season (my all time favorite floral time of the year!) so we got to use some of our favorite flowers to create a colorful and fun palette of coral, pinks, yellow, whites and greens with indigo blue accents.
A few highlights to check out from this wedding: I love a bride that goes bold! Lindsey's bridesmaids wore vibrant magenta pink dresses that coordinated beautifully with the magenta pink bougainvillea growing all over the property. L & C also took cues from the Spanish style of Quail Ranch for their wedding style accents, incorporating Spanish tiles as their table numbers. They also used lemons grown on the ranch as the "place cards" for each guest.
