It has been quite a minute since we were last at Skirball Cultural Center so we were thrilled to get to create all the florals for Elisa and Thomas' super chic and modern wedding there in January. (Was it just the beginning of this year? It seems like a lifetime ago because of Covid.)
Elisa and Thomas chose a modern winter theme of rich burgundies, eggplant, blush and touches of whites and lush greens to go with elegant shades of blues reflected in the bridesmaid dresses and linens for the reception. And there are so many wonderful details - from the stunning ceremony set next to the Taper Courtyard lily pond with a circular gold ceremony arch as the focal point, an incredible custom atrium built by CCL Weddings to house the guest seating charts, and an homage to the couple's little fur-baby Bo, to the impressive 40 foot long head table with a wall of string lights as a twinkly backdrop for the evening.
PS. You gotta check out cute Bo, in his adorable tux "collar," he's the sweetest!
